Register your company with Requis

Create a user credential and register your company in Requis is simple.

If you are a new user AND are looking to register a new company, joining Requis is a multiple-step process, that includes:

  1. Creating a user credential/login https://supplychain.requis.com/signup

  2. Validating your email

  3. Login to Requis for the first time with your token (sent to your email as each first login). https://supplychain.requis.com/login

  4. Registering your company https://supplychain.requis.com/accounts/new (after login)

  5. Login to your company account with your token after your registration is approved by the Requis onboarding team. https://supplychain.requis.com/login

If you are a new user AND are looking to join a company already registered on Requis, it is a multiple-step process, that includes:

  1. Creating a user credential/login https://supplychain.requis.com/signup

  2. Validating your email

  3. Login to Requis for the first time with your token (sent to your email as each first login) https://supplychain.requis.com/login

  4. Asking one of your colleagues to add you to your company account or asking Requis support team at support@requis.com

  5. Login to your company account with your token https://supplychain.requis.com/login

Please note that it is not possible to join an existing company without being added by a colleague with user administrator rights or the Requis support team.

Before you begin the process, please be sure to use a non-generic and direct work email. For example, this must include your first name last name, or both. Example: firstname.lastname@companyname.com

We do not accept GMAIL, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud without clear validation and screening.

Creating your user credential/login

Regardless if your company is already or not on Requis the first step for all users is to create user credentials/login details. It consists of entering your email, validating your email and completing your user details.

Registering in Requis

Before you begin the process, please be sure to use a non-generic and direct work email. For example, this must include your first name last name, or both. Example: firstname.lastname@companyname.com

We do not accept GMAIL, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud without clear validation and screening.

First, you will enter your email and click on Sign Up.

After you click Signup a message will display directing you to check your email to complete registration.

In your email, the subject line will read: Requis Platform: New Account Registration

Please keep in mind that the registration link does expire after 10 minutes. Click on the hyperlink "link" to continue with the registration process.

You will then complete all required fields. Once finished click on Signup.

If you do not complete registration right away you experience an error message such as "Temporary password has expired". If this happens, then you will need to repeat the signup process all over again from the beginning. Please reference the beginning of this article to guide you through the steps.

Once you have clicked Signup, it will take you back to the Requis login page.

You will now need to navigate back to the email you used to register to continue to registration process. The subject line of the email should read New Activity.

The new email will display the following message as seen in the screenshot.

Checking if my company already has an account in Requis

Before you begin the registration process, please ensure your company hasn't already registered. Navigate here and search your company by name in the search bar.

If your company already has an account registered, send a request directly to support@requis.com to be added as a user.

If you do not see your company, navigate here to register your company or click on the top right hyperlink Signup.

The process takes no more than 5 minutes to complete and by registering your company, you will create both your company account and first user in Requis.

Please allow our registration team 48 to 72 hours to review and approve your submission. If registration does need additional information you will be sent a direct email from our registration agent that you will need to respond to with the information that our team is requiring.

TIP: Although the message says that you may now log in, please be aware that our registration team will still need to review and approve your submission before you can log in. If you try to log in before getting approved you can see an error message such as "No Records Found"
