Checking if my company already has an account in Requis
Before you begin the registration process, please ensure your company hasn't already registered. Navigate here and search your company by name in the search bar.
If your company already has an account registered, send a request directly to support@requis.com to be added as a user.
If you do not see your company, navigate here to register your company or click on the top right hyperlink Signup.
The process takes no more than 2 minutes to complete and by registering your company, you will create both your company account and first user in Requis.
Registering in Requis
Please watch the instructional video below on how to register (approximately 6 minutes long). It will take you through the different fields you need to complete on the registration form.
After you submit your registration, you will receive two emails from noreply@requis.com. If you do not see this email, please check your junk/spam folder, and mark the sender as safe.
The first email requires you to validate your email address (required step)
The second email notifies you that your account is activated (⚠ this may come prior to you validating your email address)
Please note, most company approvals take less than 24 hours, however, it could take up to 48 hours, depending on your time zone and location.
After you register and are approved, the first user is defaulted as the company admin and can add additional users. When adding additional users, please remember that only admins that can manage the company account (You may have as many company admins on the account as required).
